About Us
Home bakery in New York’s Finger Lakes
Baked at home, shared with the Finger Lakes
Impish Delights is a home bakery in New York’s Finger Lakes. We bake cookies, cupcakes, brownies, scones, cakes and pies, along with sourdough bread, macarons, fudge, jams and jellies, with gluten-free versions of select treats.
We’re a registered New York home processor and we’re insured. You can find us at the WE Shop in Lima and at pop-ups around the region, or send an order request and we’ll bake for your event.

How does ordering work?
Send an order request with what you’d like and the date you need it. We’ll reply to confirm the details and your total.
Do you ship?
Yes, within New York State only. Choose shipping on the order request and enter a New York address.
Where can I buy your baked goods in person?
At the WE Shop, 7310 E. Main St., Lima, NY, and at pop-ups, fundraisers and special events around the region. Our schedule is posted on Facebook: see where we’ll be next. Hosting an event? Invite us and tell us about it.
Do you make gluten-free treats?
Yes. All of our cookies can be made gluten friendly for $16 a dozen. Cookie trays, cupcakes and brownies can be made gluten friendly too, priced by request. Gluten friendly is an option on these treats rather than a separate item, so just check “Make it gluten friendly” when you add one to your cart. Our home kitchen also handles wheat and other common allergens.
Can you handle large orders for a fundraiser or benefit?
Yes. Our large-order menu, with bulk pricing, is on our Fundraisers & Benefits page. Choose “Large order or fundraiser” on the order request.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. For wholesale pricing for your business or restaurant, email us and tell us what you’re looking for.
Do you make wedding cakes?
No. We’re happy to make desserts and treats for your wedding, but we don’t make wedding cakes.
